What is international united miss?

International United Miss is a scholarship-based pageant system that is dedicated to women and girls who best represent the system. Now, what is that exactly? A great IUM queen is someone who is servant-hearted, compassionate, and overall approachable and someone who you would feel the most comfortable around! IUM queens strive to set amazing examples for others while leaving an unremarkable legacy.

The International United Miss system is more than just a pageant, it's a family. #sistersbysah is a way for IUM and NUM girls to say that even though these girls are competition, we are sisters. These queens have made some of their best friends through IUM and that is what #sistersbysash is all about!

Join the sisterhood!

First, you need to visit the international website (https://www.internationalunitedmiss.com/) and sign up for your state pageant! If your state does not have a pageant, you can go to an appointed title!

So what does it mean?

These six words represent something so big within the International United Miss system. Their queens are meant to embody all that these words mean. Every day, IUM girls across the country are displaying what it means to be a true queen by being H.E.R.O.I.C. They are showing that pageantry is so much more than just a crown and sash. These girls have a huge heart and know what it takes to be a true inspiration! They are not only showing how H.E.R.O.I.C they can be but teaching others how to as well.

How Can I Be H.E.R.O.I.C. ?

With each letter representing a quality, you can use that to your advantage!

H- Take time to reflect. Be honest and truthful with yourself and become the best you that you can be!

E- Listen to others and be more understanding. Take time out of your day to sit down with someone and be an ear for them!

R- Be polite. Say simple things such as "please" and "thank you" throughout your day!

O- Surround yourself with positivity. More positive influences lead to better attitudes and an overall optimistic mindset!

I- Be authentic. Always be your truest form no matter what others say!

C- Set an example. Show others what you're passionate about through your community!
